| When time comes into the 21st
century, we are leaping forward to the new milestone in
our development. During the journey, we must be fully
aware of the fact that the international and domestic
competition environment we are facing today are not the
same as before and the opportunities as well as the challenges
are always out of our expectations. In order to further
develop ourselves we have to ensure a continuous development
by new hi-tech, a greater market share by strong quality
awareness, the modernization of traditional Chinese chemistrys
by the chemistrys elites joining in. Responsibility, honesty,
perseverance, innovation and keeping pace with the time
are the basic qualities we need to acquire and the standard
by which we should observe ourselves.
Only to be responsible could we seize the opportunity
and achieve the success; only to be persistent could
we bravely and invincibly strive forward when encounter
with challenges; only to be innovative could we seize
opportunities hidden behind volatile situations; only
to keep pace with time could we free our mind, deepen
the reformation, revitalize the enterprise and dwarf
others.
